Refunds

The Explorer Passport is a digital file. After purchase you receive a download to print at home. Digital downloads are not refundable. Once the file has been delivered, we cannot take it back.

If something went wrong

• If the download failed, write to us and we will send the file again.
• If you were charged twice, write to us with your order email and we will sort the extra charge.
• If the product is not as described, tell us and we will make it right.
