Bambamos is a small family project. We collect as little personal information as we can.

What we collect

• If you buy the Explorer Passport, our payment provider collects the details needed to complete your order (name, email, payment information).
• If you request the free Little Outdoor Guide, we keep the email you give us so we can send the PDF. We may also send occasional emails about Bambamos. You can unsubscribe anytime by writing to hello@bambamos.com.
• If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
• This website may collect basic technical data (such as pages visited) through standard server logs or analytics, used only to understand how the site is used.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to. We don’t use your child’s drawings or photos unless you give us permission.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete personal information we hold by writing to us.
